Professional growth isn’t linear. It’s trial, error, friction—and eventually, clarity. Reasoned is where product meets power: a podcast for people building platforms, navigating leadership, and questioning the systems we work inside. Hosted by Sabrina Meditz, each episode challenges assumptions, unpacks the way we work, and gives you frameworks to grow your skills, sharpen your influence, and build a career that actually fits.
What is Reasoned?
Reasoned is a podcast and newsletter that explores the real work behind growth, professional and personal. It’s not polished advice from the mountaintop. It’s sharp takes, lived experience, geeky detours, and honest conversations about what it actually takes to lead, build, and thrive inside systems that weren’t always built for us.
Sometimes that means interviews with brilliant leaders. Sometimes it’s solo explorations of the invisible labor we carry, the decisions we face, or the lessons we wish we’d learned earlier. Always, it’s practical, insightful, and meant to help you grow.
Whether you’re new to the field, navigating your first leadership role, or simply asking bigger questions, Reasoned is for you.
What is Cheat Codes?
Cheat Codes is a special mini-series inside Reasoned, tailored for folks just starting out in their careers. Think: interview prep, personal branding, goal-setting, and early leadership skills.
Each edition comes with practical worksheets to help you map your next move, get unstuck, or just get started. These drop in between regular episodes and are designed to be tactical, useful, and genuinely empowering.

Who IS REASONED FOR?
Reasoned is built for thinkers and builders. If you're a student, early-career professional, new manager, or mid-level leader asking, “How do I do this better—without burning out or selling out?”… this is for you.
Want to be a guest or contributor?
I’m always looking for voices with something to say and a willingness to prep. You don’t need decades of experience—but you do need:
A clear perspective or story to share
A professional presence or brand (yes, even if small)
Commitment to doing the prep work together
Ready? Use this form.
How often IS new CONTENT released?
During each season of Reasoned episodes and newsletters typically drop monthly, with Cheat Codes released at points in between, if they are applicable. Seasons are content-driven, not episode-count based—so pacing is guided by quality, not quotas.
Can I ask Sabs a question or suggest a topic?
Absolutely. If there's a topic you want explored, a challenge you're facing, or a question you think others might benefit from too—drop it here. Not every submission becomes an episode, but I read every single one.
Are transcripts available?
Every episode is accompanied by a newsletter (a transcript of the episode). If you don’t see one posted, reach out and I’ll make sure you get access.
How do I share Reasoned with others?
Sharing the podcast or newsletter with friends, coworkers, or your team is the best way to support this work. Use the share links on each episode or send them here.
Is Reasoned open to sponsors or collaborators?
I’m open to aligned partnerships—especially those that elevate underrepresented voices, challenge norms, or support career growth. If that sounds like you, let’s talk.
